Innovation: PHAU Adapts And Pushes For Virtual Presence Amidst This COVID-19
Due to the threat of the #Covid-19 also known as the Corona virus pandemic; we hereby postpone all our earlier planned community activities that were scheduled countrywide. Public Health Ambassadors Uganda (PHAU) pays serious attention to public health and safety and we must act in the best interest of our beneficiaries, partners, peer educators, our team, and our audience. We have gone ahead to observe and act upon the recommendations by the Ministry of Health, World health organization as we systematically adapt and learn in this highly sensitive period. Our offices will remain closed in observance of the President’s recommendations and promote public health efforts to limit the spread of the corona virus. Our staff however can be reached through social media and by phone in case of any inquiries. We will be working hard to ensure we keep you updated on our program work-plan and adjusted activities through a number of innovations that we may deem necessary as the times have called;
