Cyrus is a highly efficient youth who has extensive and in-depth experience in health and related research and data analysis in both health facility and community setting with passionate skills using Monitoring and Evaluation systems.

With a Bachelor of Demography and Reproductive Health form Kyambogo University, a Certificate in Population and Social Statistics analysis from the Uganda Bureau of Statistics (UBOS), Certificate in Leadership, Entrepreneurship Innovation, and Community Development by Educate Uganda.
