Nabukenya Florence is a multifaceted professional with a diverse educational background and a wealth of experience in monitoring and evaluation (M&E) and NGO management. Armed with two postgraduate diplomas in Monitoring and Evaluation from Uganda Management Institute and NGO Management from Amity University, alongside a bachelor’s degree in Demography and Reproductive Health from Kyambogo University, Florence has cultivated a robust skill set to drive impactful change.
As a member of the Public Health Ambassadors Program Cohort 2 and a YALI RLC EA alumni, Florence has been equipped with extensive knowledge and skills in Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights, HIV/AIDS, WASH, evidence-based advocacy, project planning and management, and Menstrual Health Management. Her proficiency extends to online data collection using KOBO collect, data analysis using Excel and STATA, and data visualization using Microsoft POWERBI.
