Namakula Lillibet is an avid Public Health Specialist and advocate with over 5 years’ experience working on issues of Young People’s Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR), Health research and Health promotion and education in its many aspects. As the Executive Director & Team Leader, Lillibet provides overall leadership for PHAU’s Uganda Portfolio which currently includes overall oversight of program implementation, personnel management, and financial monitoring for seven integrated community SRHR/HIV-funded projects.  With a Master’s degree in Public Health from the University of the West of England (UWE), Lillibet has worked to use her financial and technical judgement, advocacy, edutainment, ICT for Health, and her working relationships and partnerships with a variety of leaders, trend-setters, and influencers at all levels to coordinate and implement community based programs aimed at improving and prioritizing the health needs of young people and their communities.
