Ouma Vian Dominic is a communications officer for the PHAU’s learning and enrichment initiatives, he is responsible for communications layouts and designs, knowledge dissemination about graphics both motion, still and social media.
Before joining PHAU, Dominic spent his earlier years working in public relations and strategic communications in both agency and in-house capacities. Most recently, he was a creative designer at the Slick Republic and Threadswitch. He also served as UI designer for the Cancer Awareness Project, a project by students for the Makerere University in Kampala. Earlier in his career, he worked at Judii Foundation in their magazine “The Culture”, a publisher of peer-reviewed journals in the humanities and social sciences.
Dominic is yet to receive his bachelor’s degree from Kyambogo University, in Community Development and Social Justice. He is a self-tutored graphical designer for his passion for the graphical line of work.
